I found this lovely extension to Firefox, Greasemonkey, it allows you to add Javascripts to any page you want, thereby modyfying its behaviour.

Get past .tk pages

Recently I’ve been pretty annoyed by those .TK pages, they don’t load at all in Firefox for me, I probably have some adblock setting that causes the problem, what do I know, but rather than disabling my adblocker and getting invaded by popups I’d rather just go past those pages to the real location of the page I want to visit. Said and done. Get past .tk pages, now. Don’t worry anymore, you’ll instantly get redirected to the real page. Even if you can visit .tk pages now you get the advantage of getting liberated from their framing.
